Thanks for the great intro… I think I understand. I was looking at your description of the chromatic scale and I think you made a typo. You say, “A, A# or Bb, B, C, C# or Db, D, D# or Db, E, F, F# or Gb, G, G# or Ab, and back to A again.”
I think you meant Eb, not Db.
